On the recent visit to New York City it was quite cloudy, so didn’t lend itself well to a long exposure, as the clouds would have turned the sky white (well, gray, actually).

However, that didn’t prevent opportunities to look up and enjoy the abstract shapes of the skyscrapers against the sky, as this one, Towering Gotham, shows.
